Summary

This study is testing a new program where nurses start conversations about palliative care early in a child's cancer treatment. It aims to see if these regular talks improve the child's quality of life, manage symptoms better, and reduce stress for family caregivers compared to standard care. The trial will involve 120 children with cancer and their families in China.
