Summary
This study is testing whether a new 12-week nurse-led support program can help teen cancer survivors and their parents better manage symptoms and improve life after treatment ends. The program involves video check-ins and education, and will be tested with 68 families in Hong Kong. The goal is to see if this approach is practical and helpful before recommending it for wider use.
