Summary

This study is testing whether education sessions led by nurses can help people with chronic heart failure and their family caregivers manage the condition better. It will involve 280 participants in Greece who will receive either standard care or one of two education programs. The goal is to see if this support improves patients' quality of life and self-care while reducing stress for their caregivers.
