Summary
This study looks at whether training nurses in caring communication and using a special discharge tool can improve patient satisfaction and lower the chance of patients returning to the hospital within 30 days. About 140 patients and their nurses at Baptist Health South Florida will take part. Researchers will measure how patients perceive nurse caring and track readmission rates.
