Summary

This study aims to understand how nurses' workload affects their stress levels and overall health. Researchers will track 50 nurses from intensive care and medical-surgical units using smart rings to monitor heart rate and sleep, combined with shift data and surveys. The goal is to identify patterns that lead to burnout and help design better support systems to improve nurse well-being and retention.
