Nurses redesign their own jobs to fight burnout

NCT ID NCT07104474

Summary

This study is testing a program called RESTORE that aims to reduce burnout among nurses. Instead of asking nurses to cope better individually, the program lets nursing staff help redesign their own work systems to reduce stress and improve support. About 470 nurses will participate by sharing their experiences and completing surveys to see if this approach helps lower burnout and increase job satisfaction.
