Martial arts tool tested as new therapy for stiff shoulders
NCT ID NCT07486193
Summary
This study is testing if practicing exercises with nunchaku (a martial arts training tool) is more helpful and enjoyable than standard exercises for people with frozen shoulder. Researchers will compare the two approaches in 50 middle-aged and older adults over 12 weeks. The main goal is to see if the nunchaku exercises lead to better pain relief, shoulder movement, and whether people stick with the routine more consistently.
