First seen Nov 21, 2025 · Last updated May 04, 2026 · Updated 17 times

Summary

This study tests whether a communication technique called 'linguistic nudging' helps doctors and patients with type 2 diabetes make better treatment decisions together. 250 adults will be split into two groups: one where doctors use nudging and patients use a mobile app, and another receiving standard care. The goal is to see if this approach improves medication adherence, blood sugar control, and patient satisfaction over 6 months.
