Summary
This trial is testing an experimental drug called NTS-521, given as an intravenous infusion, to see if it can help people recover better after an acute ischemic stroke. The study will include about 140 adults aged 45 to 80 who have moderate to severe weakness on one side of the body due to a recent stroke.
