Summary

This study will look back at medical records of 3000 people in China with early-stage non-small cell lung cancer (stages I to III). The goal is to understand which treatments doctors use, how often biomarker testing is done, and what happens to patients over time. No new treatments are given; this is purely an information-gathering study.
