Summary

This study follows about 300 people with non-small cell lung cancer who are already taking approved AstraZeneca drugs as part of their normal care. Researchers will track how long the drugs control the cancer and when patients need to switch treatments. No new drugs or treatments are being tested—just real-world data collection.
