Summary
This study looked at how doctors currently manage patients with a type of lung cancer that hasn't caused symptoms yet and is located in the center of the chest. Researchers followed 46 patients to see if they received radiation therapy right away or only later when symptoms appeared. The goal was to understand real-world treatment choices and track patient symptoms and quality of life over time.
