Summary
This early-stage study tests a nasal spray made from neural stem cell particles (exosomes) in 9 people with moderate-to-severe early-onset Alzheimer's. The main goal is to check safety and how well people tolerate different doses given over 28 days. Researchers will also look for any signs of cognitive improvement, but this is a small, first-in-human trial, not a cure.
