This early-phase trial tests whether giving multiple doses of a special stem cell therapy (NSC-CRAd-S-pk7) directly into the brain is safe for people with newly diagnosed high-grade glioma. Participants receive the therapy before, during, and after standard radiation and chemotherapy. The study aims to find the best dose and see how the treatment affects tumor response and survival.
