New hope for Tough-to-Treat melanoma patients

NCT ID NCT04835805

Summary

This early-stage study is testing new drug combinations for people with advanced melanoma that has a specific genetic change (NRAS mutation) and has stopped responding to standard immunotherapy. Researchers want to see if belvarafenib works better alone or when combined with other drugs (cobimetinib and/or nivolumab). The main goals are to check safety, determine the right doses, and see if these treatments can shrink tumors or slow cancer growth.
