First seen Feb 11, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This early-phase study tests whether adding a new drug called NP137 to the standard two-drug therapy (Atezolizumab and Bevacizumab) can help shrink tumors and extend life in people with advanced liver cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. About 43 adults with this type of liver cancer who have not had prior systemic treatment will receive the combination. The main goal is to check safety, while also tracking how well the tumors respond and how long patients live.
