Summary
This is an early safety study testing a drug called novobiocin in people with advanced solid tumors that have specific mutations affecting DNA repair. The main goal is to find the safest dose and understand the side effects. Researchers hope the drug will block a cancer cell's backup DNA repair system, causing the cells to die and potentially shrinking or stabilizing tumors.
