Summary

This study tests a mix of targeted radiation, chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted drugs in 44 adults whose rectal cancer has returned locally after prior oxaliplatin treatment. Participants receive radiation plus up to 8 cycles of the drug combo, followed by a team decision on surgery or continued treatment.
