Summary

This study tests a mix of radiation, chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted drugs in 44 people whose rectal cancer has returned after prior treatment. The goal is to shrink tumors enough for possible surgery. Participants receive focused radiation and up to 8 cycles of the drug combination, followed by a team decision on next steps.
