Summary

This study tests whether a combination of three medicines—diphenhydramine (Benadryl), famotidine (Pepcid), and cromolyn sodium—can reduce itching from burn scars. About 44 adults with itchy burn scars will take these drugs and report their itch levels over 6 months. The goal is to find a safe, effective way to ease this common and bothersome symptom.
