Spin to win? military tests 360-Degree machine to fight Soldiers' back pain
NCT ID NCT06797830
Summary
This study is testing a new spinning exercise machine called the AllCore360° to see if it can strengthen core muscles and improve posture in active-duty military personnel. The goal is to see if stronger core muscles can help prevent or reduce low back pain, a common problem that limits soldiers' fitness and duty readiness. The study involves 43 healthy airmen who will use the machine multiple times while researchers measure their muscle strength and posture.
