Summary
This study aims to find the best way to help families who can't always afford enough healthy food, especially after their child has been in the hospital. Researchers are testing whether delivering free meals or providing grocery store gift cards for 4 weeks makes a meaningful difference. They will see if this support helps reduce food insecurity, improves family health, and affects whether children need to return to the hospital.
