Summary

This study is testing whether group sessions focused on sharing nostalgic memories can help reduce feelings of loneliness in older adults living at home. Researchers will enroll 294 participants in Hong Kong, who will either join five weekly nostalgia sessions or be placed on a waitlist. The goal is to see if recalling positive past experiences improves emotional well-being, social connection, and sense of meaning in life.
