Summary
This study tests two experimental mRNA vaccines (mRNA-1403 and mRNA-1405) to see if they can prevent norovirus, a highly contagious virus that causes severe vomiting and diarrhea. About 1,400 healthy adults aged 18 to 80 will receive either a vaccine or a placebo. Researchers will monitor safety and measure how well the vaccines trigger an immune response.
