This study compares two medicines, norepinephrine and phenylephrine, given as a steady drip to maintain blood pressure during planned C-sections under spinal anesthesia. The goal is to see which drug works better for both mother and baby, checking baby's blood gas levels and the mother's blood pressure stability.
