ICU drug dosing linked to patient survival?
NCT ID NCT05032261
Summary
This study looked at 100 critically ill patients with circulatory shock to see if the amount of the drug norepinephrine they received was connected to their chances of survival. Researchers analyzed patient records to understand the relationship between drug dose, how long it was used, and mortality. The goal was to gather information that might help doctors decide the best dosing strategy in the future.
