Summary
This study tests a modified version of the Crohn's Disease Exclusion Diet (CDED) in 30 children aged 6-18 with mild-to-severe Crohn's disease. The goal is to see if the Nordic CDED can help children achieve remission without steroids, while also improving diet adherence and quality of life. Participants follow the diet for 20 weeks and attend regular checkups.
