Summary
This study tested whether a nonopioid pain regimen works as well as standard opioids after ACL knee surgery. 90 adults were randomly assigned to receive either nonopioid or opioid pain medicine. Pain levels and physical function were tracked for 10 days after surgery. The goal is to find effective pain control that avoids the risks of opioids.
