Inclusion Criteria: 1. Diagnosed with high-altitude polycythemia (HAPC). 2. Aged 18 years or older, with no gender restriction. 3. Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent form. Exclusion Criteria: 1. Disturbance of consciousness. 2.
