First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 28 times

Summary

This study tests a new device that uses an air-filled bladder to measure blood flow changes in the legs of people who may have deep vein clots. Researchers want to see if this non-invasive method can help detect blockages. About 500 adults who recently had a leg ultrasound for clots will take part. The device is experimental and not yet approved by the FDA.
