Could a simple neck device ease PTSD and brain injury symptoms in veterans?

Summary

This study is for veterans who have both mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI) and PTSD. Researchers are testing a non-invasive device that stimulates the vagus nerve (nVNS) to see if it improves memory, reduces PTSD symptoms, and changes brain activity. Participants will use the device twice daily and be compared to a sham (inactive) group.
