New test could offer simpler way to screen for uterine cancer

Summary
This study aims to develop a new, non-invasive test to help rule out uterine cancer in women aged 45 and older who have abnormal or postmenopausal bleeding. It will enroll 4,500 participants to see how accurately the test can detect cancer and identify non-cancerous cases. The goal is to create a simpler diagnostic tool for this common symptom.
