First seen Feb 28, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 10 times

Summary

This study tests whether a simple breathing therapy—alternating between regular air and low-oxygen air—can improve nerve repair and hand function in people with severe carpal tunnel syndrome. The therapy is non-invasive and aims to boost the body's natural healing process. About 80 participants with hand numbness, pain, and weakness will be enrolled.
