First seen Mar 22, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 10 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a simple, non-invasive blood pressure monitor can detect blockages in the heart's main pumping chamber in people with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. Researchers will compare the blood pressure readings with standard measurements in 800 adults with and without blockages. The goal is to find a safer, easier way to diagnose and monitor this condition.
