Veterans test headband that zaps away seizures
NCT ID NCT07220161
Summary
This study is testing if a non-invasive headband device, already approved for migraines, can help reduce seizures in veterans with epilepsy that doesn't respond well to medication. 24 veterans will try using the device along with their usual care to see if it lowers how often they have seizures over a year. The goal is to find a less invasive option for controlling epilepsy.
