Summary
This study tests a new, non-invasive device that measures blood pressure in the veins near the heart by pressing on the neck. It involves 40 adults in the cardiac ICU who already have standard invasive monitoring. The goal is to see if the device is safe and accurate enough to replace the usual needle-based method.
