Zapping the brain without surgery: new hope for Parkinson's patients?

NCT ID NCT07361250

Summary

This study is testing whether a new, non-invasive brain stimulation technique can safely improve movement problems in people with Parkinson's disease. Twenty participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the real stimulation or a sham (fake) treatment. The goal is to see if this painless method, which uses electrodes on the scalp, can reduce symptoms like tremor, stiffness, and slowness.
