Acupressure for stress: new study targets women with qi stagnation
NCT ID NCT07508748
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether non-invasive acupoint stimulation (like acupressure) can lower stress in women aged 20-40 who have a 'qi stagnation' constitution and high stress levels. 90 women will take part, with some receiving real treatment, some a placebo, and some acting as a healthy comparison group. The main goal is to see if stress scores improve after the treatment.
