Summary

This study looks at two methods to treat hardened calcium deposits in heart arteries. It involves 120 adults who need a stent. One group gets a special balloon treatment alone, while the other gets the balloon plus a rotating device. The goal is to see which approach allows the stent to open wider and work better.
