Summary

This completed study tested whether a special pain monitor (NOL index) could help doctors give the right amount of pain medication during laparoscopic endometriosis surgery. The goal was to reduce total painkiller use and improve recovery. The study included 125 premenopausal women undergoing surgery for endometriosis or adenomyosis.
