First seen Feb 11, 2026 · Last updated Apr 26, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This study will test a new automated insulin delivery system (NMX8) in 230 adults with type 1 diabetes whose blood sugar is not well controlled with their current system. Participants will use either the new NMX8 system or another approved system for a period, and researchers will compare how much time their blood sugar stays in the target range. The goal is to see if the new system is safe and works as well or better than existing options.
