First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 33 times
Summary
This study looks at a new material called Natural Matrix Protein (NMP) used in spine fusion surgery for people with worn-out discs in their lower back. About 100 adults who have not gotten better with other treatments will be followed for a year to see if the NMP helps bones fuse safely and effectively. The goal is to find a better option for grafting during surgery.
