Summary

This study looks at whether gentle electrical stimulation to neck muscles can improve swallowing in people who recently had a stroke. About 40 participants will get either standard swallowing therapy or therapy plus different types of stimulation. The goal is to see if the stimulation helps strengthen muscles and reduce choking risk.
