Experimental immune cell treatment tested for Tough-to-Treat cancers

NCT ID NCT07274449

Summary

This early-stage study is testing whether modified immune cells called memory NK cells, when given alongside standard cancer treatments, are safe and might help control advanced solid tumors that have spread. The trial will first enroll 6 patients with cancers like colorectal, lung, or ovarian cancer that have worsened despite standard therapy. Researchers will monitor patients closely for side effects and see if the treatment shows any signs of slowing the cancer.
