Summary
This study is testing a new immune cell therapy for women with advanced ovarian cancer who have severe fluid buildup in the abdomen and have run out of standard treatment options. Doctors will infuse specially activated immune cells directly into the abdominal cavity once a week for four weeks. The goal is to see if this approach is safe and can help control the fluid buildup and slow tumor growth.
