Summary
This study looked at giving nivolumab as a shot under the skin instead of through an IV. It included 139 people with advanced cancers like lung, kidney, melanoma, liver, and colorectal cancer. The main goal was to measure how much drug gets into the blood and how long it stays. Researchers also tracked side effects. This is an early-phase study to see if the shot form works similarly to the IV version.
