Summary

This study tests a combination of three drugs (nivolumab, ipilimumab, and cabozantinib) in 14 adults with advanced melanoma that cannot be surgically removed. Participants receive the triple therapy for 12 weeks, then switch to two drugs for up to 2 years. The goal is to see how long the cancer stays under control and to monitor side effects.
