Summary
This study tested whether giving the immunotherapy drug nivolumab directly into the abdomen is safe after extensive surgery and heated chemotherapy for advanced ovarian cancer. 22 women with recurrent ovarian cancer took part. The goal was to find the highest safe dose and see if this approach could help control the disease.
