Summary

This early-stage study tests whether injecting the immunotherapy drug nivolumab directly into high-risk mouth lesions is safe and can shrink or eliminate them. 18 adults with precancerous mouth growths will receive the injections. The goal is to control these lesions and prevent them from turning into head and neck cancer.
