Summary
This study is testing whether injecting a drug called nivolumab directly into abnormal mouth lesions can prevent them from developing into oral cancer. Researchers will compare the injections to a placebo in 45 adults with these high-risk spots. The main goal is to see if the treatment helps people stay cancer-free longer.
